I’ve waited a few months to write this review because I wanted to give the process time and see how my son’s therapy progressed. Unfortunately, he hasn’t shown any improvement in fact, things seem to have gotten worse. This situation is especially concerning since we were court-ordered to use this therapist through True North. To make matters more difficult, True North only allows one parent to have access to the patient account, which has limited my ability to stay informed and involved in my son’s care. I’ve tried calling several times to make appointments or discuss concerns, but my calls haven’t been returned. At this point, I may need to take legal action to request a new therapist for my son. I had hoped for better communication, transparency, and progress, but that unfortunately hasn’t been my experience.

The people here are awesome! I had an issue with my insurance not covering something and the staff was able to help me sort it out. They were very understanding and made the whole thing way less stressful.

I started therapy after a friend recommended it to me and I’m so glad I did. It took awhile to break out of my shell but the staff was so welcoming and kind. There was zero judgement and I would highly recommend for anyone who is dealing with anxieties or trauma!

I don’t usually leave reviews but TNHC has really dialed in on every detail of their practice. The space is truly beautiful and the employees are all so pleasant to be around! I brought my family to their open house and every single clinician and therapist I chat with was down to earth and genuine. The waiting room is cozy and has snacks. Food is my love language. I usually have at least one of my kids with me and being able to grab a coffee for me plus a hot chocolate for them is always a much appreciated treat!! I have not had the pleasure of attending a yoga class *yet* but I am very excited to try! I love that they keep the classes small and that they are run by trauma informed instructors! True North Healing Center is such a wonderful addition to the community and I’m glad they are here putting in the work to help make the world a better place.

I absolutely love this place! The stuff is incredibly helpful. They are perfect at being able to work around my hectic schedule. I don’t feel any judgement and can be open during my sessions. The atmosphere is so calming as if the decorator took each plant and pillow into account.
