Patient reviews
The staff was super nice. Kadijah was very knowledgeable and patient when she answered all of my questions. It was ok for my first and only float. Nice ambiance. I think they had air purifiers in there. I took a picture. Please note: If you have locs, ensure you thoroughly wash your hair right after the float. I wasn't thorough and there was a lot of visible salt in my hair afterwards.

The ambiance and customer service at the floating spa were great—very soothing and professional. The environment was clean and peaceful, which helped me feel relaxed. That said, I had an indifferent experience overall. There was a piece of hair left in the pod, which was a bit off-putting. They also require you to take your shoes off at the entrance and provide reused slippers. While they say they’re sanitized, I personally would’ve preferred a fresh, unused pair. Despite those things, I did feel relaxed afterward, but I’m not sure I’d rush back.

The Float therapy was a new experience for me. It was nice to try something different, but by the end of the session, I found myself getting bored. I noticed rust on the float, which distracted me and made it hard to relax. The video introduction mentioned phone connectivity, but there was none available. The shower was uncomfortably high—I'm 175 cm, and it felt like it was about 3 meters tall. The towels were quite old and of poor quality, with threads sticking out. There was also no proper place to relax after the float. The oxygen room didn’t feel restful either, as it's a walk-through area. They offered only one kind of tea—something cardamom-based and very specific. I would have preferred a more standard option like black or green tea. Overall, I see this as a one-time experience and likely wouldn’t return. On a positive note, the staff member at the front desk was very kind and seemed to be doing everything—greeting clients, cleaning, serving tea, and more. I think she deserves recognition (and maybe a raise!). I did notice another staff member who walked by a few times, always on her phone and not engaging with anyone—not even a hello.
