I went to see Dr. Tyrance due to problems with my left knee. My primary doctor recommended him as being on the best doctors who will help you get to the root of your issues and who will use western medicine along with more holistic options too. I am so glad I went in because Dr. Tyrance came up with a whole protocol of supplements along with PT and an injection that is not the usual steroidal injections but something more holistic that actually worked. Between the vitamins, changing up my exercise program and the injection, my knee is doing much better. Because the injection is not the usual steroidal injection, it does not harm the tissues long term and it actually gives you relief. You do need to go back more frequently but you it has been a few weeks for me and I still have relief. Dr. Tyrance is great to work with and is compassionate and kind and very knowledgeable. Also, his front office is wonderful too. Margie and Sonia who run the office are wonderful to work with and are so helpful. The offices are beautiful and I highly recommend this practice if you are looking for a fantastic, cutting edge, knowledgeable and compassionate orthopedic doctor with top notch training.
