I had a colonoscopy completed at the Atlanta Gastroenterology Associates - Hall County Endoscopy Center and having had others in the past because of my previous military service, AGA-Hall Co Endoscopy Center located at: 1955 Textile Way Suite A Gainesville, GA, provided the most comfortable, Professional and caring service I’ve experienced. The kindness from the receptionist , Shawna, along with the personal care of Sudha who ensured all my health issues were known and considered prior to the procedure was very professional and patient. Todd and Lawanda that took time to both comfort and prep me for the procedure were awesome in both conversation and care prior to the procedure. The professionalism and compassion that was shown throughout my entire visit was amazing and very relaxing. Dr. Ilyas was wonderful and very thorough in speaking with me both prior to and after the painless procedure, sharing with me exactly what his goal was before the procedure and the greatness of having found nothing after the procedure. ( Getting to talk with the performing Dr both prior to and after such an important exam was very relieving, knowing the results before leaving. ) In recovery after the procedure Mrs Emily done such a great job in comforting me and instructing me of my liberties for the rest of the day and gave me instructions if it were I had any questions once leaving. The entire staff was extremely great ! …( each are well-deserving to have their name’s individually mentioned, so I did in this review ! ) The facility is easily accessible and very well kept. The comfort within the facility from the cleanliness to the temperature while there (and of course, the warm blanket while being prepped for the procedure) was very nice. I would recommend AGA - Hall Co Endoscopy Center above any other and surely give them a 5-star with no hesitation. “ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ “ I would add the photos of the procedure I received from the facility but I doubt any care to have that view … “butt” - They’ll provide you with your own, I’m sure, if you utilize their services ! 😁 Respectfully, Ken

This review is for the front desk staff only. The quality of care from the dr and nurse was great. The front office staff needs to be retrained. I arrived at exactly 1:00 for 1:00 appointment. I was told I was the next person to be called back. I know this because I had to use the bathroom and wanted to know if I had time to go. The lady at the desk said yes, even though I was the next person to be called back. I was not pulled back until after 2pm. I started to express concern a little after 1:30. I was again told I was the next person to be called back. Over the next half hour, I went up several times to see what was going on as I had a work meeting. I was told I was next, however that is what I had been told since my arrival 1:00. This is completely unacceptable. Waiting in the waiting room with NO communication other than when I initiated going up and asking, then being told I was next, is unprofessional. If another patient ahead of me was taking longer, I should have been notified and apologized to. Also given the opportunity to reschedule. I was offered to reschedule shortly before 2pm when I was complaining of the wait, and being told I was next. Communication is key. To be sitting in the waiting room for that long is not an acceptable way to run a business. The nurse was amazing. She helped calm me down and told me that both she and the Dr were curious why I had not been called back yet. When the Dr came in the room, he also said he was confused why I had not been called back sooner.

Man, if you ever say that a colonoscopy was a great experience this is the place to go to. It was top shelf. The whole staff did well, especially nurse Steffen my intake nurse. She explained everything to me which made me very comfortable for the procedure that is usually uncomfortable .Nurse Brianna and Renee took really great care of me as well. Dr. Patel was definitely the greatest. I enjoyed every minute of it. I was even given snacks at the end to ease my hunger as I was leaving. I highly recommend this location for your colonoscopy needs.
