I was so reluctant but her soothing voice her calm demeanor and her vast knowledge was everything I have always wanted in an aesthetic professional. I will be returning to treat myself more often. I worked in Medical Aesthetics for 13 years what I know is this about UP Wellness Spa. I called in one day because I saw an advertisement and the location and services offered were what I was looking for. Delisha answered the phone and I asked so many questions, curious about different services pricing and benefits of wellness amd skincare services ! Like seriously she had so much patience with all my curious questions about new treatments that I was not aware of. Extensive knowledge of injectable, fillers and shared what PRP microneedling was about. Now Delisha as a service provider had the WOW FACTOR 💣 for me of knowledge and shared her background as a healthcare provider. I booked with Delisha instantly. My first visit to the wellness spa for injectable services she took her time really looking at my face, tool before photos amd just really took the assessment part of my service very seriously, gave her thoughts and also listened to what I was looking for. Delisha is very soft spoken and has a smile to light up the entire spa and I instantly felt welcomed and comfortable working with her. I have always been nervous with new people and I truly felt respected as a guest/client and felt at ease and well educated which us important when with new provider when you love your face and skin. Delisha had a gentle touch, explaining each and every thing she was doing step by step using her medical knowledge and product knowledge. I had zero brusing and truly just had a very relaxing experience and wonderful conversation with her. UP Wellness treatment rooms were very clean from ceiling to floor and as a former aesthetician I look for these things. Each room perfectly dressed and overall calming and just lovely! Sanctuary waiting area for guests, little waterfalls and elegantly decorated. I can say my experience with a true master of her discipline was not just 5 stars but double. Educated, Proffesional, Listened to my needs, and demonstrated thorough knowledge of treatments and services and benefits to get my skin in great health and looking stunning 😍 Thank you for the tour and the literally amazing job you did with my treatment and injectable service. I have had a variety of services Delisha has recommended and she never steers me wrong. I look at least ten years younger and my skin is the best its ever looked. Delisha is knowledgeable and has a gental touch. I'd highly recommend visiting her spa.
