Absolutely love going there! Very professional and compassionate staff. They were able to pull up my Simon Med imaging information and explain my back injury to me. David Newsham was able to get me relief on my very first visit and helped me keep going in the right direction. The staff Travis, Colby and Stephanie are awesome as well. I also need to mention Quinn, the therapy dog and the new addition of Jasper. Very friendly atmosphere!!! Thank all of you for helping me 😊 i really appreciate it!!!

I visited Verve Wellness today and genuinely had such a great experience from the moment I walked in. The clinic feels very upscale, clean, and thoughtfully designed — it has that calm, luxury vibe that immediately makes you feel comfortable and taken care of. Check-in was smooth and welcoming, and the staff was professional, warm, and attentive without feeling pushy. Everything felt organized and efficient, and I never felt rushed. I saw Dr. Katherine, and she was amazing — knowledgeable, thorough, and easy to talk to. She really listened, asked the right questions, and explained everything clearly in a way that made me feel confident and supported. It felt like a personalized, high-quality visit rather than a quick in-and-out appointment. Overall, Verve Wellness exceeded my expectations. If you’re looking for a modern, elevated wellness clinic with an exceptional team and a truly patient-focused experience, I highly recommend them. I’ll definitely be back.

First of all I want to be heard!!! I went in the verve wellness to se my dr. When the reception at the desk said you owe a past due bill. I then asked ger why we did not receive a bill and she was rude and said I don't know I don't deal with that that's a whole nother department she said to me if you don't pay today you will not be able to see your dr. I then asked can we make payments what can we do because we are struggling. The receptionist stayed to me yes I have a paper I can fill out and you sign it how much would you like to pay each month I then said $20 she said let me see your debit card. I gave it to the receptionist and when she gave it back to me and I signed the paper. I asked The receptionist again just to make sure you guys will take $20 out of my account each month she said yes that all we need to do. Then when I came to my next fallow up I went to sign in to see my doctor and the receptionist said you have to make a $20 payment before you can see your doctor. I then said what do you mean we have a payment arrangement and she said I've told you before you need to pay $20 in order to see your doctor so I paid $20 to see my doctor even though we had a payment arrangement and she told me it would come out of my account each month then at my husband's follow up appointment she told him that he had a bill as well and we made a payment arrangement with her as well for that and I asked her again now that we did the payment arrangement is he going to have to make payments every time to see his doctor when it comes out of our account each month and she said no, which was confusing to me so then at my husband's next follow up appointment she asked him for $20 payment and we said we thought we had a payment arrangement that was what the whole thing was about and why we had signed the paper and gave you our debit card and she said I don't know what to tell you. I don't deal with that so we then made another payment. My husband and I were a little upset because when you make a payment arrangement and it comes out of your account automatically every month then why are you telling me I cannot see my doctor unless I make a payment when there is a payment arrangement so then a week later my husband and I received letters in the mail saying that we are not allowed to see our doctors anymore and that we are banned from verve wellness! This is not right at all the way we were treated and I just want people to hear me because I don't want this to happen to someone else. I will be speaking with an attorney about this because my husband and I should be able to ask about a bill that is in our name and when it is coming out of our account with a payment arrangement! This is not how anyone should do business at all and to make a customer or a patient look bad is terrible. Anyone would get upset if they have a payment arrangement and then having to pay on top of that payment arrangement!
