Overall, my experience at this location has been hit or miss, primarily due to the front desk staff. While the nurses—are usually warm and professional, the front office often leaves much to be desired. Unfortunately, today I had an especially unpleasant interaction with Antonio at the front desk. His tone was rude, dismissive, and not reflective of the customer service standard I’ve come to expect. When I inquired about hydration services, he responded in a condescending manner and seemed irritated by my request for clarification. I was simply trying to understand whether there were hydration options beyond IVs, and instead of offering helpful guidance, he made me feel like my questions were unwelcome. When I asked what hydration options were available, his response was, "What are you looking for or needing?"—delivered in a tone that felt more confrontational than supportive. I explained that I had been working out outside and wanted to rehydrate, and he cut me off and said, “How am I supposed to know what you need?” At that point, I just opted for the basic hydration bag and decided to continue with the service only because the nursing staff has historically been kind and competent. As Antonio escorted me to the back, he rolled his eyes behind the nurse’s back and then sarcastically asked if I wanted something to drink. I declined and requested the manager’s contact information, as I no longer felt comfortable. I was given an email address and told to reach out to a manager named Destiny, as there is no onsite management. Overall, I would rate this location a 3.5 out of 5. The quality of the medical care is generally good, but the front desk staff—often your first point of contact—tends to lack the professionalism and courtesy that would make the experience consistently positive.

Rayna, the Nurse was awesome! My Husband and I came in Sunday for IV fluids with some added vitamins and the experience was beyond amazing. The nurse knew exactly what she was doing. She was so fast and gentle with iv placement and he stated that he didn’t feel any pain. The ambiance there is so nice and relaxing. We both got to relax in comfortable recliners and enjoyed netflix while he received his treatment. He is now hydrated and feeling like a million bucks again! We will be returning!

This place was great 😊 Antonio had great customer service from the calls to inquire about my appointment to the RN Kylie being a superhero to get the IV in my small veins. & a free b12 shot :)
