Vida has been amazing! I started going days after my knee replacement. Every therapist I worked with has been great. Elaina and Emma have done so much to get me where I am today in my recovery through all my emotions. Special thanks to student PT Kyle's personal knee replacement experience to let me know everything I have been feeling and working through is part of the process. Also giving me an example of what is possible if I stick with my PT. I will be sad to leave these guys. But luckily they have great massage therapy so I won't be gone too long. These therapists have been a true pleasure to work with and have my endless gratitude. I have and will recommend them to all.

I just moved to the area and I was unsure of where to go for chiro. The reviews were good for vida so I took a chance. My first visit with Dr Q was unlike any chiro I’ve ever been to. He took the time to get to know me and what I wanted to address, He explained everything he was doing and was able to adjust me in exactly the way my body needed and I saw immediate results. I feel very lucky to have found a wonderful provider so quickly. The front desk staff was also lovely as well as the office setup. Ten stars.

I go to Vida on E Madison regularly for massage therapy with Nicholas to help with my chronic headaches. His massages are absolutely amazing! I feel significantly better when I leave than when I walked in. Nicholas is intuitive, patient, and genuinely cares about how I’m feeling. The reception staff are also wonderful! They’re always so patient and welcoming. I highly recommend Vida!

The chiropractic care and doctor are great. By far one of the best I’ve been to from that aspect. But beware if you schedule any other services with them, there’s a high probability they will cancel hours before, same day. It has happened three times to me now within three weeks. I have not been seen by this practice for anything else other than chiropractic care. I would love to be, but apparently that’s impossible because the appointments are canceled every single time. They canceled my massage appointment that I had for weeks and could not reschedule for over a month and canceled my acupuncture appointment hours before and couldn’t reschedule for two weeks. They charge a $70 fee if you cancel within 24 hours, I should charge them $70 for inconveniencing me and canceling within 24 hours. Just about to find another provider at this point.

I started going to Vida after a pelvis and lower back injury, based on a recommendation from a good friend. Although my X-rays didn’t show anything, I couldn’t walk for a few days and could barely walk for several weeks. After just one acupuncture session with Josh, I experienced immediate relief the very next day. As soon as I was able, I scheduled appointments with their chiropractor, Jeff, along with their amazing team of physical therapists and massage therapists. Because of the injury, some old issues resurfaced, but the Vida team worked together seamlessly to provide top-tier, holistic care. I look forward to more strength building and maintenance. I feel so fortunate and grateful to this team including the staff dealing with all the complex insurance and appt jugrgling! Thanks again Vida.
