Dr. Mendoza is what all doctors need to be, someone who legitimately cares about your individual health. She takes the time to talk through concerns and explains it so you can understand. She is an amazing doctor with many years of experience in her field. Highly recommended!

The full story! Referred by my best friend, I contacted Vitality. They are BOOKED and BUSY, which gave me great comfort. Knowing this, I was still able to cancel my initial appointment and get a new one just a week later (Join their waitlist!!). The moment I walked in, I thought, 'Yes, this is a vibe; it's warm, inviting, and the intake process was swift.' Cynthia was such a tremendous help; she is your first point of contact via phone. Sweet, patient, and very helpful. I had the pleasure of having Natalie go through the consult with me. Questions are easy to answer (so long as you're ready to be radically honest!). Was warm and easy to talk to. Finally, I met Dr. Mendoza and immediately felt a connection; a provider who holds great empathy for her patients was clear from the start. I felt totally safe speaking with the Dr. She taps into what you're going through and makes it clear right off the bat that she is here for you and your needs. I’m not usually one to write reviews, but I always read them. The positive reviews are accurate and true.
