I just finished my second Fotona4D Pro treatment, and I want to share my experience. Chandra, the nurse, was incredibly patient and took the time to explain each step, which really helped me understand and feel more comfortable. She was very professional and warm, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The results after the first treatment were fantastic, and I’m excited to see how my skin improves after the second session. I highly recommend this treatment to others!

I put a request for contact about a month ago for information on mole removal and finally heard back last week. I scheduled an appointment for a consult at 9:15am, nobody was in the office until 9:05am, which I can look past. The entire consult, which I didn’t realize was the consult took place in the waiting room with the front door wide open. I was then told after the consult was apparently done, that the doctor was out of office until November, but I could schedule an appointment for removal when he came back without even having an actual consult with the doctor. I am very disappointed that the communication was less than great and why would you schedule a surgical consult appointment when the doctor isn’t even in town?

I’ve had these yellowish patches (xanthelasma) on my eyelids for years. Because they were so close to my eyes, it was really hard to remove them. I went to other places before, and they told me I needed surgery and would have to wait a long time for an appointment. But when I came here, I got a quick appointment, and they used Plexr treatment — no cutting, no stitches, and it healed very fast. Now, all the yellow patches on my upper and lower eyelids are gone beautifully. I’m also coming regularly for the Glacial Gloss treatment, which helps with my oily skin and keeps my skin healthy. I’m really happy with the results and the care here! 😄
