When I made the decision to prioritize my health and well-being, I knew I wanted a more holistic, personalized approach—and that’s exactly what I found with functional medicine. I didn’t want to simply be handed a prescription and sent on my way. Discovering Well-Rooted has truly been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my health. From my very first visit, I’ve been incredibly impressed by the entire Well-Rooted team. Everyone is genuinely invested in my health journey, taking the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly review my test results. Thanks to their attentive, individualized care, I’ve already seen significant progress in several areas. While I know there’s still work to be done, I’m confident that every improvement is the result of their expert guidance and collaborative approach. Committing to this program is a meaningful investment of both time and money, but I can honestly say it has been absolutely worth it. Do not even try to go here. I have been with them for a few years and the continutity of care for the last 6 months as been awful to say the least. I can't get calls back with medication doses. I had bloodwork on Dec 4th for a dosage check. No one calls back. I called the office several times to talk to someone since the dose was too high and made me very sick. Again no one called. I had to take myself off the dosage and call the pharmacy to get my prior dose. They did call to change my appointment to Jan 21st (today) to go over that bloodwork that I had on Dec 4th. Which by now is obviously not going to make a difference. Why would I wait almost 2 months to go over bloodwork that was done to make sure the dosage of meds was ok? How is that effective care? That dose made me VERY ill. And now Jessica won't even talk to me unless I pay the $310 tele-health fee. I spoke to Kelly the office person about and she said she would call back, yep... no call. She said she sent my concerns to the office manager. I spoke to Kelly today, and the office manager said she called me, I would like to know how, I have no call, no voicemail, nothing. THEY NEVER CALL!! I don't put my business out on the internet, but if I can save even one person from these people making them sick, then I hope this it does some good. Shame on you Well-Rooted. I just wanted someone to call me back so I could get help with a medication that you prescribed.
