We've been working with Dr. Aidanne for the last 3 months for my daughter's tonsillitis. We're seeing great results and she has been a pleasure to work with. Every time we've met, Dr. Aidanne has had an extensive list of ideas and reasoning. She listened to what I thought was doable with my daughter's cooperation and worked to make a plan that fit within those bounds. I was ready for someone to tell me I just had to remove dairy or remove xyz which I didn't feel was the root cause and also thought would be incredibly difficult for my daughter, but instead she had plenty of other roads to pursue first which turned out to give us great progress already! Dr. Barrett is extremely knowledgeable and thorough. From the very first appointment, she had a solid plan and took the time to explain everything in a clear, understandable way. I have had one initial appointment, with two additional appointments so far. I really love how Dr. Aidanne works with you to get to the root of your concerns. She explains everything and makes sure I leave the appointment with the knowledge I need to work on my health. She is accessible to her patients, and it’s a breath of fresh air to meet someone trying to do good in this world.

The short summary: Highly recommend. I had been feeling unwell for a couple years and was making no progress with my original provider. Upon switching to Wellness, I started making significant progress within the first two months. I am now 1.5 years into my care at Wellness, and I've regained the energy and mental clarity that I feared I would never get back. The clinic is a great environment and I look forward to each of my visits. The long summary: When my health first took a dive, I spent 2 years with my original care provider not making any progress. That provider was only able to spend the typical 15 minutes with me per visit, which wasn't enough time to get to the root cause of my issues. After hearing about naturopathic medicine, I started at Wellness and the difference it made was immediate. I was able to have hour-long visits with Dr. Aidanne which allowed us to evaluated all aspects of my health and lifestyle. This lead to discoveries that I don't think I would have ever found with my previous provider. Dr. Aidanne has crafted a plan with me for nutrition, movement, sleep, and stress which we adjust as needed. It's incredibly helpful when my life is busy because I can just stick to the plan and not have to think about whether I'm making the right choices. For anyone that has felt unwell for a long time, I sincerely hope you will try the holistic medicine. There are so many factors which impact our health - having a care team that helps you navigate all of those factors really does make a difference.
