I had an excellent experience with the free consultation and my first laser treatment at YESMD Atlanta. Dr. Knott briefly introduced himself, and Rashelle exceeded my expectations in every way! She was deeply knowledgeable in aesthetics and functional medicine, welcoming for first-time patients like myself, and super patient to explain various devices and treatments they offer because I was quite overwhelmed with a lot of new information. Rashelle took the time to answer all my questions without any pressure to commit immediately or sell products. The BEST surprise of my first visit is knowing that they’re a clinic that offers so many different treatments tailored to solving unique problems. As someone who has struggled with the most sensitive acne-prone skin ever since the college days, I know to use clean products with non-pore clogging products to prevent future acne breakouts, but I have yet to find a solution to remove all the blemishes, dark spots, and post-acne marks on my face.
