Everyone is friendly and personable. Once you’re taken to the injector room, it gets even better. Narges takes her time to listen to her patients/clients. Examine and study you. She is extremely knowledgeable, thorough and makes you feel heard and cared for. I came in because my lip filler, from an injector elsewhere, migrated and I was in a lot of pain. As soon as I was treated by Narges, I noticed results and instantly began to feel so much better. She talked me through the entire process, which I thought was great — since I, not only like to know what’s going on, but also like to learn a few things lol. Once done, I received after care instructions and followed up with her re my progress. I’ve chosen my forever injector and so excited to see her for many more sessions to achieve the goals I desire — slow and steady. Narges is the epitome of a great injector! Trust me, you’re in good hands.

It was my first time ever getting an IV infusion and first time coming to Drip DocX and the presentation from the time you walk in was so luxurious and I knew I was in the right place. Bianca greeted me with a smile and great energy so it relaxed me in a way I knew I was in GREAT hands. We talked for about 20 minutes about my goals and the struggle I was having with my hemoglobin levels. She told me step by step what would be done. She prepped her station and when I walked in I felt comfortable, she placed the Iv so Smooooooth no trouble at all. She even explained some infusions to my husband who was so amazed on what they could do the vibe was great, nice playlist of all my likings, it’s like we clicked and she knew how to ease my nervousness. She checked on me even when I got a bit cold they have very nice blankets for your convenience. She told me what I needed to do for post op and how to schedule when I returned back for another infusion. Please know you have a great team player and she is very professional and beautiful inside & out! I can’t wait to book my upcoming app again with her🫶🏽 great job Drip DocX

Excellent customer service! It was easy to make an appointment online. My infusion experience was seamless. Giselle was very professional and welcoming. It's located in a nice comfortable office space. Complementary parking available. They also offer mobile service for a transportation fee. I would highly recommend it!
