Dr. Lauren Deville

Dr. Deville is a force to be reckoned with, and I'm so impressed with her. I've been through the wringer with western and holistic medicine, and everyone is out of ideas for me - except Dr. Deville! I've never seen a doctor who is so knowledgeable on so many different facets of health, is so pleasant and easy to talk to, and who really listens to me and cares about my health. I've seen a lot of doctors where I feel like it's me against them, and with Dr. Deville, I'm confident we're on the same team.

When I came to Dr. Deville, I was so sick of doctors and traditional Western medicine. No one was willing to help me find the root cause of my symptoms and instead prescribed pill after pill with little thought. After my initial meeting with Dr. Deville, she had several theories as to what the underlying illness could be with a plan on how to verify her hypothesis and potential treatment options. She listened to every single aspect of who I was as a person and how she could positively impact my life overall with her care plan. I do not have enough good things to say about Dr. Deville. I highly recommend her to everyone in my life--she has single-handedly restored my confidence in the health care system.

I am five weeks into my care plan with Dr. Deville and have not felt this good in over two years. Another doctor recommended I consult Dr. Deville on two key issues I’m still experiencing. She immediately found areas missing in my care plan that have helped my recovery immensely. I can not thank her and the team enough!

Wish I could give negative stars. She cancelled my appointment because I called to ask how the office works. It took multiple emails and phone calls to even get a response and set my first appointment. Then I had to email and call to get the new patient paperwork. I politely called to inquire about office practices, as this seemed like poor patient care. Poor customer service is the new norm and so I wanted to know if I need to change my expectations, which is do-able. I was told, yes, I need to keep track of my visits, schedule follow-ups at the appropriate time. At the end of every visit they would ask if I had another appointment regardless of whether one was already scheduled. The office manager also informed me that lab results would not necessarily be shared with me. The Doctor Decides. I wasn't fond of this philosophy but willing to accept that this is how they work. Just now I got a call saying that my concerns were brought to the doctor and she decided to not see me so my appointment is canceled. So much for patient care. So much for being a Good Christian. Thinking of seeing Dr. Deville? My advice is to find someone else. Someone who really cares.

Good luck getting an appt. I've had only bad experiences with western medicine. My nutritionist suggested Dr. Deville whom she has worked with before. Dr. Deville also responded quickly when the nutritionist texted her asking if she was taking new patients. Problem is they don't answer their phone. Ever. You have to leave a voicemail and they'll apparently call you back. I have a limited window when I can call someone during business hours. I cannot play phone tag and usually do not do business with providers who are too unprofessional to answer their phone. Claiming it's a small office is no excuse. The website said you can email to get an appt. NOPE that's a lie. You just get a canned email in response stating you have to call to make your first appt (so they can get your payment info). Clearly more concerned about payment than providing health care. Also beware anyone claiming they're "Christian" or a "patriot". Just a marketing scheme to rip you off.
