Janet is a wonderful and compassionate mental health therapist. She is trauma informed which is SO important this day and age. She is trained in many different modalities including brain spotting and EMDR. She truly takes the time to listen and understand what you are going through. She provides individualized care based on your specific needs. Highly recommend.
