Called to set up appt to get a cracked filling repaired. Explicitly told them I wanted my filling repaired as it’s bothering me and giving me headache if food is stuck and I would come next week to get X-rays etc of rest of my mouth. I get there they take me back start doing X-rays im thinking they just have extra time as I clearly explained I wanted my filling repaired. Dentist comes in she is very nice but then leaves me with another worker who says I need to make Appts to come get the work done. Mind you I took off work today so I could get the filling repaired. They said well you can wait an hour because now the dentist is busy after we just wasted 45 mins doing what I told them I didn’t want to do today. It doesn’t get any more unprofessional. **respect is not wasting peoples time and I hope you have our conversation recorded Because I am 100% certain I did not misunderstand a thing. Clearly had they told me that I would have went some where I could have gotten my tooth actually fixed. Ooo western dental maybe I should check them out think they’ll actually fix it if they say they are going to? Or maybe just have me pop in for tea

The staff is great! From the front office to the dental assistant every one was nice and professional. Dr. Williams is warm and kind with a great bedside manner. Dr. Williams is very honest and conservative with her treatment plan. I am grateful to have found this office and have already referred friends!

From the front desk to the actual Dentist everything was great. The lady at the front desk was extremely welcoming. The dental assistant who dud the x-rays was also wonderful and Dr. Williams was warm welcoming listened attentively and came up with a great plan. I've definitely found anew Dentist. Thank you!!!
