Before I went to Caire, my anxiety pretty much ran my life. It was a real struggle. Diving into the program with Dr. Mike and the team was seriously, a game-changer. Dr. Mike brings a mix of knowledge and warmth and humor that made the whole process way less intimidating. He is funny! And creative. The team doesn't do one-size-fits-all. They've got this mix of therapies that look at everything – your mind, emotions, and body. It's like a total package. I was nervous about trying ketamine treatments, but the team made it so comfortable. The clinic felt safe and homey, and surprisingly, I even enjoyed the ketamine treatments. The acupuncture seemed to also help with integrating those experiences. The whole thing was way easier and more pleasant than I expected. I spent years in therapy before this and thought that getting better had to be "work" but this felt more like play. Now that I've finished my series, things are way better. My anxiety isn't as heavy, and I've got this positive vibe going. The tools they taught me are like my secret weapons for staying on track. My relationship with my boyfriend and coworkers are so much better. I feel kind of normal for the first time...maybe ever? Hats off to Caire Health for helping me turn things around. The journey wasn't always easy, but the changes are so worth it, and I'm excited to keep moving forward in a more positive direction.
