If you're looking for a reputable doctor for treatment, Dr.Nini is the best choice for you. He has exceptional bedside manners and is truly passionate about treating his patients. If I could give him 1 million stars I would.

My experience with Roy Nini as my treating doctor was borderline traumatic.
His bedside manner is absolutely terrible. During my first appointment with him, he seemed to listen to me and want to be helpful. That was the last time I saw that attitude.
My condition did not get better, and I required more medical attention. During follow up appointments, I felt he was more concerned about being right than acknowledging that what he was doing wasn't helping me and looking for solutions.
My experience with him reached a boiling point when, during our final appointment, I asked him for something I'd been requesting for over a week. He was condescending, snarky, and cruel. He refused to acknowledge my concerns about communicating with him and needing care while going through treatment for an extremely painful condition. After I left the appointment, I had a panic attack for the first time in years and had to pull my car over to calm down.
I would not go back to see him if he was the last doctor on earth. He was arrogant, impatient, and had no compassion. I wish I had read his Yelp reviews before seeing him, as I can see many others have had similar experiences.

From start to finish, my experience with Full Range Spine and Ortho was excellent; I was in a car accident last year that totaled my car and left me with back and neck pain requiring multiple injections. I was skeptical about going to see a pain specialist because I didn’t want to be dependent on medication to manage my symptoms, but Dr. Lee and Dr. Nini worked together to get me healthy again, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results! They didn’t suggest pills to dull pain or extreme measures that would require long downtime/recovery but rather opted for a non-surgical approach instead. Their facility is top-notch, and every staff member I came in contact with was kind and professional. My procedures involved needles quite close to my spine (yikes) but I had full confidence in Dr. Lee’s abilities and felt informed and comfortable during the entire process. Dr. Nini advocated for treatment that would heal me long term (not just a temporary fix) and I believe they were the perfect team to help me recover. I am very grateful for the care I received, and highly recommend them to anyone who finds themselves in need of their expertise.

I’m deeply disappointed with my experience at Full Range Spine & Ortho. After starting treatment with Dr. Nini, they unexpectedly switched me to Dr. Lee without any notice or explanation. This lack of continuity made me feel like just another number, not a patient.
After receiving my second epidural injection, not only did I not experience relief—I ended up in significantly worse pain than before. The following three months were some of the most uncomfortable and frustrating I’ve had to endure, with no real support or follow-up to address the setback.
What I expected was consistent, attentive care. What I got was disorganization and a treatment plan that left me in worse shape than when I started. I would not recommend this clinic based on my experience.

GREAT EXPERIENCE! I'm incredibly happy and relieved that I was referred to them. I'm 69, with back and neck problems all of my adult life from Degenerative Disc Disease. I've had several fusions along the way, each of which has helped, but eventually new problems appear. In recent years it's been pain and spasms in my neck and upper back. I had seen another pain management practice, but always felt they were too busy, distracted, or disorganized to diagnose and treat my issues in a thoughtful or careful way. My experience so far with Dr's. Nini and Lee has been incomparably better! Dr. Nini took the time to read all of my images and reports, really listened, and explained in great detail his analysis of my issues. He suggested treatments which have so far made a HUGE difference. I could barely turn my head or play the piano without spasms and pain before, now I can do both with almost no problem (the treatments haven't made me a better piano player, but at least now I can practice for more than 10 minutes at a time without howling in pain). I really appreciate how thorough and skilled they are. On top of that their office is very well run - every appointment has started right on time (how many busy LA doctors can you say that about?), and the communication about appointments and prep for procedures is timely and clear. Chronic pain sucks, but I finally feel like I've found doctors and a practice who know what they are doing, and care about delivering the best possible outcomes.
