Ari (unsure of spelling?) was our “host” and helped walk us through each of our treatments. And honestly, SHE made the whole experience the wonderfully enjoyable experience it was. Her kindness and attention to our questions and requests were met to perfection. She went above and beyond and deserves all the stars herself! Additionally, each of the treatments were unique and relaxing. The contrast therapy was a beautifully clean space and the time flew by. The Chryo was an exhilarating jump start. And the robot massage was another one of a kind experience that was way more enjoyable and deeper than expected. All in all, a great experience that definitely will bring us back. Especially if Ari is there again!

I had such a lovely experience at Pause Studio. I tried the contrast therapy for the first time including a cold bath (which I never thought I’d do!). Not sure if I’d do the cold again, haha, but I’m really glad I gave it a try. The space is absolutely beautiful, clean, calming, and so thoughtfully designed. The staff were all incredibly friendly and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. They also offer complimentary tea upon request. Definitely try the turmeric ginger if you can. If you’re even a little curious, I’d definitely recommend giving it a try. You might surprise yourself!

Amazing! What a fantastic, quality experience. Took my fiancé on a date there for contrast 60 and I was so impressed by the well designed, beautiful facilities. It was super clean and the staff members were so nice and helpful. The fact that you could add on a person for $40 to your sauna/cold room experience was brilliant. Loved that I could share this experience with my partner for a reasonable cost. The amenities were great too excellent hairdryers and quality bath products (shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel) only note was the towels are a little too worn for comfort.
