Dr. West is truly the best doctor ever! She has truly helped my entire family with our health. Words can’t express my gratitude. I couldn’t ask for a better doctor. It has definitely been life changing. Dr. West is one of the kindest human beings along with a lovely staff. I truly believe it is a requirement to be a fabulous person to be part of her team. They are all smart, kind, and go out of their way for my entire family. They have an in-house pharmacy that is truly the best. So grateful to Dr. West and her entire staff.

Dr. Rachel West and her entire team are absolutely amazing and the best in the biz. I set out to find an integrative physician who could help me “tune up” my health through preventative therapies, address health issues on an ongoing basis, and most importantly who I could build a trusting relationship with. Since my first consultation with Dr. West, I haven’t looked back! Dr. West is interested in understanding the root causes of symptoms and she has an encyclopedic knowledge of, and experience with, therapies and treatments - including natural/herbal as well as conventional medicine. Dr. West has truly “went the distance” with me through comprehensive discussion, in-depth diagnostics, as well as integrative and innovative therapies. It's my belief that Dr. West has helped me add years to my life (and life to my years), and that she’s one of the best integrative doctors practicing today. Her entire team are professional and so pleasant. I regularly refer Dr. West to my loved ones and recommend her without hesitation.

Beware and Stay Away If you’re considering Longevity LA, please take the time to read the negative reviews first as I skipped over them. This place is a complete scam. They overcharge for tests and don’t even provide results. I waited over four weeks for a stool test that was supposed to be ready in **one week**, only to be told it was “damaged” and that they hadn’t even been notified about it. They then charged me for two separate phone appointments—one to tell me the results weren’t ready and another to inform me that the test was unusable weeks later. On top of that, I’ve been receiving bills for tests I already paid for in the office and can prove with a super bill. The level of disorganization and lack of professionalism is shocking. This has been the absolute worst healthcare experience of my life. They clearly don’t prioritize your health; they prioritize their wallet. A friend who recommended this place to me has also stopped going for the same reasons. This practice should be investigated for fraud and malpractice. I spent over a month in pain waiting for results that should’ve been ready in a week. I NEVER write reviews, but I felt compelled to save others from the stress and frustration I’ve endured. **DO NOT GO HERE.**
