The Pelvic Model

I worked with a virtual Pelvic PT while pregnant and then switched to The Pelvic Model postpartum. I worked with Dr. Ashley. She was able to help check me out and work on reconnecting and then strengthening my pelvic floor. She was so kind and easy to work with. There’s parking in the back and the rooms and house are all very aesthetically pleasing. They provide Superbill after every meeting which my insurance approved each time. If you are anywhere in your pregnancy journey, this is a great company to partner with.

I went to The Pelvic Model for about a year to treat chronic pelvic pain that had plagued me for many years. I’ve seen many physical therapists over time, and I can confidently say Dr. Ashley is the best PT I’ve ever worked with. She truly listens to every concern and creates a treatment plan that feels completely personalized to you. Beyond her technical skill, her bedside manner is exceptional and she makes you feel comfortable, supported, and genuinely cared for. She has a rare ability to make you feel like more than just a patient; she feels like a trusted mentor and friend. I always looked forward to my weekly sessions, not only for the treatment, but also for the encouragement and life advice. What really sets her apart is that she continues to support you outside of sessions. She responds quickly to questions or concerns between visits and offers thoughtful guidance, which made a huge difference in my recovery. Dr. Ashley has had an enormous impact on both my pelvic pain and my overall personal life. Unfortunately, due to my personal financial situation, I’m no longer able to continue treatment and that honestly breaks my heart. That’s how impactful she has been. She is an incredibly skilled, compassionate, brilliant physical therapist, and a genuine friend. If you are struggling with pelvic pain and feel frustrated or hopeless, don’t overthink it and run to her! I cannot recommend her highly enough.

I’m grateful for Dr Ashley at The Pelvic Model for equipping me during pregnancy and postpartum. My pregnancy, vbac delivery, and postpartum was in line with what I desired thanks to professionals like those at The Pelvic Model. During my care I felt heard in what I expressed and supported in a reasonable and doable way. She help with alleviating the aches and pains, gaining strength during a unique time for my body, and providing knowledge of what was happening/going to happen.
