I’d like to thank Sofia, Glen, and the whole team at Novus for their amazing care. It was my first time getting a full blood analysis, and it was really interesting to learn more about how my body works. Sofia was wonderful — she explained everything clearly, from what’s needed to what’s not, and her advice on daily habits and supplements was incredibly helpful. I'm from Brazil, I made a trip to California this summer, and contacted Novus Center for taking a P-Shot, as this treatment is not available in Brazil. I made an appointment by e-mail, everything simple and easy. I arrived at the appoointed time and was greeted by Glen (I'm not sure, but I think he is the manager). After the paperwork, he explained in detail how the procedure is made. I'm somewhat shy, but everything was made in a way so natural and professional that even being shy, I had not problem at all. The treatment itself went smoothly, it was just a little painful at the moment of applying the anesthesia, but after that you feel nothing. They even gave me a very nice gift, to help me to have success in geting better, because they say I'm from very afar, and will not be able to return in the next few years. I'm doing the maintenance as prescribed, and already noticing the difference. As it was explained to me, the P-Shot takes up to three months to make full effect, I took it less than one month ago, so, I'm still in the process. Overall it was a good experience. I hope to go back and do it again someday.
