Refine Anti-Aging Medicine and Aesthetics

I had a wonderful experience at Refine leading up to my wedding and couldn’t be happier with the results. I completed a series of treatments, and the BBL Moxi facial was hands down my favorite. My skin was incredibly clear, glowy, and healthy afterward. Since this was my first time visiting a medical spa, I really appreciated how thorough and informative the team was. They walked me through exactly what to expect before, during, and after each treatment, which made me feel completely comfortable in the process. Dr. V was excellent, recovery was quick, and I always felt genuinely cared for. Will be continuing to book here :)

Got Botox to my forehead and crows feet here a month ago and I will NEVER be coming back. My crows feet weren’t even that bad and the Dr injected me too low so now my cheeks don’t lift as high when I smile, not to mention my eyes have been feeling weird ever since. This was my first time coming here since I moved, I’ve had botox to my crows twice before and this has never happened. I did feel like she was going to low with her injection in the moment but I didn’t say anything. I can’t even look at myself in the mirror now, the lower half of my face just looks so boxy I want to cry. Save your money, go to a skilled injector. I’m praying this wears off fast Update: it’s almost been 3 months and my lower face is still not back to normal. She injected me in the chin + corners of the mouth in addition to the crows feet. I was naive and didn’t know how much this could pull the face downwards and just trusted her judgement. Please for the sake of your face go see someone else. This is just a money hungry injector that has no understanding of aesthetics.
