My boyfriend was able to get a last-minute appointment at Pure Recovery and couldn’t be happier with the experience! The front desk coordinator, Maya, was so kind and accommodating—she made check-in effortless. Nurse Bryan was incredibly professional and attentive, walking us through each step of the IV drip and making sure we were comfortable the entire time. The atmosphere was clean, relaxing, and welcoming. He left feeling refreshed and cared for—highly recommend Pure Recovery and their amazing team!

This is just an unbelievable first time experience ! Ruben had given us the warmest welcome. The room was extremely clean, so private, and welcoming. There is finally a location which gives you a five star experience by giving you fully private rooms !!!! I had the best date night with my husband and am now just going to get packages as my back pain and his hip problem went away after one ten minute ice plunge after a 20 minute hot sauna !

Pretty good, but they need to fix a couple things. First, there was a big gap between the glass door of the sauna and the frame which allowed cold air to enter, so the sauna didn't get very hot. Second, the red lights weren't working in the infrared sauna. The desk attendant said those lights are only there for aesthetic purposes, but aesthetics matter. We were disappointed that it didn't look like the pics on the website.
