Flow State Cryo & Recovery

A friend recommended Flow State Cryo & Recovery to me, and I’m so glad he did. As a personal trainer, I’m always looking for new ways to help my body recover and perform at its best—without relying on supplements or pills. Flow State offers a wide variety of recovery modalities designed to help your body operate optimally. The facility was extremely clean, with all new equipment, and the staff was incredibly knowledgeable and welcoming. They took the time to explain what each service was for and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the experience. I tried PEMF and absolutely loved it. As a first-timer, I really appreciated that the staff checked in on me halfway through my session and made sure everything was going well. I would definitely recommend Flow State Cryo & Recovery to anyone looking to improve recovery and overall wellness—and I already have!

Chris and his team are truly best-in-class, and the facility itself is top-notch. I’ve been dealing with some serious health issues this year, and they’ve gone above and beyond to accommodate me and help me get the care I need. Every modality—PEMF, red light, sauna, and cryo—has become essential for me. I practically live there at this point. Highly recommended.

Great Facility, Great Staff, and Great Service! I've used multiple services here for routine maintenance, injuries, and recovery. The staff is always nice, knowledgeable, and can recommend which type of recovery can help your situation. I've used their Cryotherapy, localized Cryotherapy, and red light therapy. Appointments are accurate, and there's never a long wait time.
