So Happy to Have Found Harmony Hormone Therapy! I’m so grateful to have found Harmony Hormone Therapy! I’ve been going there for medical weight loss, and I’m about to start hormone replacement therapy as well. I’m healthy, active, and in my late 60’s. Earlier this year I began feeling decreased motivation to do my usual activities. I didn’t feel depressed and had no significant changes in my health or life. I had a history of low vitamin D and B12 levels and wasn’t sure if that was the cause. Kim took time to listen and discuss my history and concerns. I wasn’t sure about hormone therapy, but Kim answered a lot of questions I had and referred me to additional resources to review. She suggested some lab tests that were reasonable in cost. My vitamin D, B12 levels were low, but also some of my thyroid levels. I appreciated how Kim contacted me by both phone and email to review a treatment plan. She explained how the different vitamins and supplements worked together and what dosages work the best. Within a week following her plan I started feeling energetic again. Kim followed up with me periodically and repeated my lab tests to make sure they were moving into optimal ranges. I felt Kim was very knowledgeable on how some simple treatments can make a big difference to help a person feel their very best. She was always professional, easy to reach, and demonstrated excellent communication. I have been going to Harmony Hormone Therapy in Centennial, Colorado for the past several months and receiving Hormone Replacement Therapy treatment. Kim possesses a wealth of knowledge and approaches womens' health issues with a holistic approach. She is kind, compassionate and wonderful to work with.
