I am so grateful and thankful for Defiance health. Jessica and Nick are absolutely amazing! I receive HRT from them and can not say enough good things about their services. I've been on HRT since December and Jessica has helped me fine tune my bloodwork with the help of hormones and supplements and I feel absolutely amazing. I'm nearing my 40s but my body feels like I'm in my 20s again. I have always been athletic and the gym has been a huge passion for me since I was in my teens. However after having 2 kids my body had changed drastically. I've always been fit and eat very clean however I still had some stubborn fat around my core that never seemed to go away no matter how much I dieted and exercised. After pregnancy I did a core restoration program but even with that I still had a diastasis recti gap. I knew that contributed to some of the reason why I wasn't seeing the results I was working for in my core. I have now done 4 sessions of the Neo and Exion machine to strengthen my core and help close my diastasis recti and WOW what a difference! My gap is gone and my core strength has improved substantially. I noticed a big difference when I train core now and I'm finally starting to see the results that I've worked so hard for years for! I owe a huge thanks to Jess and Nick!
