**** Warning do not go here for PRP injections of any kind, period!!! Listen to my story, I will list facts about what happened during my visit and not my feelings about this place. 1. The nurse practitioner (NP) made a mess when drawing my blood, there was blood all over the 60ml syringes, my arm, her gloves, and on the floor. 2. The NP did not know how to balance the centrifuge, she tried rebalancing it three times failed every time. All three times the centrifuge rattled uncontrollably on this little non-medical grade Wooden table, The Centrifuge had to engage its auto safety stop mechanism because it wasn’t balanced correctly. She had to read the centrifuges instructions on how to work it because of her inexperience, by the way, the centrifuge instructions were on top of a silver metal trashcan. I had to tell the NP the reason the centrifuge was not balanced correctly was because she used one larger blood filled vial, and one smaller water filled vial that were not the same size 3. My blood coagulating in the vials because she did not know how to balance the centrifuge and just took too long 4. She then forced transferred my coagulated blood into a smaller 30mL and thing just kept getting worse. It was horrible 5. They tried charging me for the consultation fee and said that I stopped the procedure, but it was my blood coagulated due to her inexperience. These are facts of what happened, inexperience, Not following protocols, Faulty equipment. The state board needs to review their protocols. Now for my opinion: At the end of this, they still tried charging me for the consultation fee of $150 But I told him I would not pay it because of all the mid steps. They got the owner Doug on the phone and they told lie after lie about what happened and said to him that they didn’t think I even wanted to get the procedure Because I was talking about what other clinics did. Think about that people why Would they say that? As “healthcare” workers there is an oath they violated on many different levels. If you do something wrong, it is okay, just admit it and we can move on and have a better day, but to lie the way the front desk receptionist and the nurse practitioner did was vile! This is not a medical clinic beware. Oh and the owner DOUG, wow this person was unprofessional, unproductive, did not listen to his customer (me), rude, and just another not good person.

Wow — what a great experience at Thrive Health Solutions! From the moment I stepped in, the whole team made me feel welcome and at ease. They were super easy to talk to, took the time to really listen to what I was looking for, and explained everything in a way that made sense (no confusing jargon!). The service was top-notch — appointments were smooth, the staff were friendly and genuinely seemed to care, and I always left feeling confident and looked after. I’d absolutely recommend Thrive Health Solutions to friends or family. It’s rare to find a place that combines warmth, expertise and great results — and they nailed it.

Love everything about Thrive health solutions! The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and they have super high quality products. I felt very informed and they guided me in choosing the right treatments to help me feel my best. They also run great specials on their most popular items. Caryn and Lani are amazing resources and they are very honest and upfront with their recommendations. I never felt pressured or upsold to try something I wasn't completely comfortable with. Highly recommend!
