Ashli is a True Professional who has been working with me for about 6 months. I could not be more excited about the results I've had!! The medical industry needs to step away from the dogma that supervised HRT is not beneficial and even dangerous. Using prescribed medications, especially when you're on multiple medications can be much more detrimental than eating healthy and making sure your hormone are much more balanced. At 71 years of age, I can state that I'm very grateful to have someone with the knowledge and understanding Ashli provides. I'm stronger, healthier and have a much easier time controlling proper weight.
