Has some decent therapists on staff, the rest are so-so. The people who end up in your groups are going to make the biggest impact on how effective the treatment is. Dr. Bruno is a joke. He may have been good at one point in time but now he just needs to retire. He can’t use the online software effectively because he can’t hear you and you can barely hear him and when he does hear you he doesn’t really listen. I also think he takes on way more patients than he morally should as he get frustrated easily and acts out which is very unprofessional especially for this line work. The admin staff are probably understaffed as they have trouble keeping up with everything. If it’s your only option it may be worth a try but I would try other places first. They don’t care about addressing your core issues. They just care about stabilizing you so you can go back to work. Though from what I hear most IOPs are like that so take that for what it’s worth. They charge you the same if you use their personal trainer group workouts and yoga or not which I think is not fair. If you want to work on what’s actually troubling you find a one-on-one psychiatrist and or psychologist/therapist.

I would listen to what and more importantly how much treatment will be instead of what they want to teach you as far as techniques go. Don't get me wrong these people are willing to help but at a HIGH cost. Also don't expect your insurance to cover the average ten thousand this treatment will cost you, yes you read that correctly. Go elsewhere.

Caring and trustworthy people. A safe place to go that doesn’t feel like an institution. Dr. Bruno is especially empathic and professional.
