New Spring Integrative Medicine

I have been going to Dr. Sainer for over 3 years now for management of my Hashimotos'. She has always been a good listener and an advocate for total body health and wellness. She is a partner in my care and I get a say in what we tests we run and what supplements or medications I am willing to try. Dr. Sainer helps me to be proactive about my health so I can prevent any complications down the road. Yes, her fees may be high for some but she takes the time to understand the full picture and is well worth the investment.

Dr. Sainer helped me to get my body healthy and finally lose the weight that I have been battling for over 20 years. Within six months, she was able to balance my hormones and manage my hypothyroidism. She listened to my symptoms rather than prescribing medication based on the general thyroid numbers. I incorporated a healthy diet and exercise, I was able to see positive results. She has improved my quality of life more than I could imagine!

My experience with Dr. SAiner, I have gone to a lot of doctors I have a thyroid problem and I was having hormonal problems, no doctor I had ever gone to could get it right. She did! Dr. SAiner was recommended to me by a friend of mine. I have been going to her for years and she got it right. I feel great. I am so grateful that I went to her.
