Staff is friendly, upbeat, and outgoing. Sloan took the time to go through all of the results of my blood panel with clear explanations of what the markers indicated. She thoroughly gathered my medical history, asked me where I preferred to start with my treatment, and then made honest, practical suggestions on where to start. I also appreciated the complimentary body scan. Combined with the bloodwork, I have a solid baseline established and a clear road map of how to get where I want my to take my fitness journey. The staff at Vitality is hands down, the BEST! Not only are they experts in their field, they are kind and down to earth.
