I cannot say enough great things about Beth both personally and as a doctor. I was having huge brain fog and was exhausted by 3 every day. I told my general doctor and my gynecologist about this and they had zero suggestions on what it could be or what to do. I did extensive blood testing (via an app) and saw clear signals something was off. I contacted Beth, sent her the results and she greed something wasn’t right. After more testing, acupuncture, food tracking and a redesign of my supplements, I feel so much better.
