This clinic has been truly life-changing for me given my medical condition. From the very beginning, the level of care, professionalism, and attention to detail has been outstanding. The customer service is honestly over the top—in the best way. Taylor is amazing: always responsive, incredibly knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Every question or concern I’ve had has been addressed thoroughly and with care, never rushed or brushed off. I feel supported, informed, and confident in my treatment, which makes a huge difference. They are extremely helpful and super responsive, and ever since I started using them My health has definitely improved for the better from getting my hormones right to taking peotode which have made me feel like I’m back in my 20s. After losing my dad Feb 2022, I made a promise to him and myself to make changes for me and live life to the fullest and be the best version of me that I could be. It’s been a 4 year journey. After 3 years of pushing and pushing plateau for 18 months. I knew my body was fighting me and I needed help as I’m 45 years old. I talked to Taylor and Amanda. They put me in touch with the doctor and we got to the root of the problem. My T levels were low. I still had labido and had no issues there however it wasn’t enough for my body to pull me out of being over weight. I started TRT in Dec 2024. By March of 2025, my mom before she passed would say MATT you look amazing that shirt is great on you. It was only a true classic shirt. Nothing special. What she didn’t know was my muscle increased and my body fat was going down. Fast forward to today. I have a 4 pack abs and I’m not done. What I tell people is that I will NEVER NOT be on TRT. this will be my life and I recommend anyone who has a healthy prostate to consider this. It changed my life. My job is easier. People are nicer, people are respectful, I can take my shirt off in the pool and not feel like I’m blinding people. I wake up and want to exercise. Extremely Disappointed with Care and Service at Rejuvenate U While my initial experience at Rejuvenate U was positive, it quickly deteriorated. The responsiveness that I appreciated at first turned into long delays and a lack of follow-up. After a few months, it felt like I was just another number rather than a valued patient. When I decided to seek care at a new clinic that offered more affordable services, I encountered major issues retrieving my medical records. I contacted my physician but was redirected to the front desk. The representative apologized for my previous experience and promised to send my documents, but they never arrived. After two weeks of waiting, I followed up and was told that some of my records were no longer on file, which was shocking and unacceptable. The idea that medical records could just disappear is incredibly unprofessional. The front desk hesitated to assist further, and my attempts to reach out again resulted in unanswered voicemails. It’s clear that Rejuvenate U prioritizes profits over patient care. I strongly advise anyone considering this clinic to look elsewhere. There are many clinics that offer the same services at a fraction of the cost and with far better customer service. Be prepared for frustration if you choose to go here, especially regarding your medical documents..

The folks at Rejuvenate U are the absolute best. I had a consultation phone call with someone with new client intake and explained the entire process. Once I had gone through my goals and what I intended to get out of Rejuvenate U's hundreds of option, they tailored a plan for me based upon my results from various tests conducted. It was seamless and everything was done quickly and timely. After a just one month on the plan, I feel amazing! I highly recommend RejuvenateU and the team.
