TRS Neurofeedback

I got my qEEG reviewed by Dr. Tate and her expertise combined with how thorough she was made the time and money absolutely worth it! I have been able to take these insights into my brain function and use it with other providers and to guide me on both physical and mental health choices. Dr. Tate also stands out because she lets you download the recording of your brain map so you can watch it later on, which I have done probably 5 times at this point! Its a ton of info to take in all at once so being able to go back and review it whenever I want has been amazing 🙏🏼 Before this, I had another brain map done at a chiropractor’s— and let me tell you that not all Neurofeedback/Brain Maps are created equal! This place did not look at the raw data, completely missed important activity related to a head injury, missed transient activity and just took my symptoms and said “this explains everything” without really explaining anything. I had no idea that the quality of this map was so poor until I got one from Dr. Tate! I can not recommend Dr. Tate enough, her experties and experience is unmatched!

Dr Tate is super knowledgeable about the brain and ways to heal a variety of challenges. She has been really helpful for me, helping both sleep and inflammation. I highly recommend her.

I really hesitated with this review and waited months but it’s important to let people know what happened with my daughter. Yvonne called my daughter and I into her office without introducing herself or asking any questions. She directed harshly my 11 year old who politely asked her a few things which were shrugged off. She then told me I should leave. My daughter asked if I could stay bc she was feeling uncomfortable about the chilly behavior of Yvonne. My scared daughter asked her about her dog who was in the waiting room and what kind of dog it was. She asked if she rescued the dog and Yvonne said she doesn’t rescue dogs because she works with people who are damaged all day long and didn’t want a rescued dog that is also damaged. My daughter and I locked eyes and knew we had to leave. I was very direct in telling my daughter that she was not broken or damaged and we left. She cried the whole way home. It was horrible. She did text a strange apology to me after that but how can you apologize for such a thing? She just doesn’t have a warmth about her to work with people who are having a hard time and I’m really sad it didn’t work out. I don’t want to hurt anyone’s business but I also don’t want someone to waste their time with her since it is very expensive and time consuming.
