Natalia is an exceptionally warm and knowledgeable clinician. She prepares thoughtfully for each session and meets you with empathy and openness. Anyone facing OCD, anxiety, and many other challenges will most likely leave sessions feeling understood, empowered, and hopeful. She combines scientific evidence-based practices with a genuine interest in helping their clients. I highly recommend her and the whole Kairos team!
