I cannot say enough about Kristen Stehle and Harmony Health Partners. Perimenopause through menopause can be a challenging life transition for women. Kristen is well educated in an evolving and hopefully rapidly changing field of Medicine. She is patient and kind, and truly made me feel listened to, during a vulnerable phase of my life where Physicians often write women off because of their lack of knowledge. Because of her expertise, I'm feeling more like myself, and sleeping better than I have in sometime. I highly recommend this practice!
