1st visit for a Vyepti infusion. Everyone was happy, friendly, nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. I was a little worried due to the rating here but I had zero complaints. Everything went smoothly, the site was easy to find, well kept, and clean. Option Care Health took care of all the preauths and approvals; all I had to do was show up. I highly recommend Option Care Health for infusion needs.

Option Care was wonderful! They delivered my wife's medication almost instantaneously, perfectly boxed and refrigerated, with detailed instructions. When I subsequently called them with a couple of questions, at almost midnight, they were immediately available. Kudos!!!
