I scheduled an online telehealth appointment with Dr.florence on TWO separate occasions and joined on time via Doxy.me. The first time I waited over and hour and the second time 30 minutes both times nobody showed up, i also messaged through the portal on doxy.me and got no reply. The system showed her as online and later “on another call,” but the session never started. I also tried calling but the person that answers their phone and emails isn’t someone who actually works in office so it’s no way to directly contact the office at all. They said they can reschedule me same day at 4 but also said the Dr has a patient at 4 to me that makes no sense why i would be scheduled at the same time as someone else Very disappointing experience, especially for mental health care, where reliability and communication are essential.

Dr. Florence is a gem. She definitely lives up to the name of her practice Caring Minds. Her staff I would rate #1, friendly and helpful. When I need appointments, I usually get them quickly, if possible. Highly recommend.
