I’ve been a patient of Dr. Wadhwa for quite some time and she’s always attentive She is compassionate and really listens, making me feel understood and supported. Her guidance has helped me manage my anxiety much better and feel more in control of my life, when I have to see her I always leave with helpful strategies. I highly recommend Dr. Wadhwa.

This is hands down the worst mental health experience I have ever had. I brought my 14 year old son here because of insurance changes. We had an appointment at 1 pm (which I took my son out of school for). When we arrived, I heard the receptionist speaking with Dr. Wadwha- to which she said “you have an intake (my sons name). Yes, he’s a kid. You have time to eat.” We were then left waiting for thirty minutes with no update. I finally clarified whether she was with another patient, the receptionist said no, I told her we’d been waiting a half hour and travelled 30 minutes to get here on a school day- when will we be seeing the doctor? She said “oh you can go in now.” If I had not asked, who knows how long I’d have waited. The lobby was loud and uninviting, but we stayed hoping the reviews were worth our time. They were not. Dr. Wadwha wanted to make three med changes at once after just having met him. I voiced several concerns about this plan, one of which being she wanted to take him off the only medication that has helped him this past year, the other being she wanted to start him on a potent antipsychotic (which at low doses is good for sleep- but has several side effects and is ludicrous to consider after 40 minutes and absolutely no indication that he is mentally unstable at the time.) She listened to absolutely none of my concerns, both as a healthcare professional and as his mother. When I called again to follow up with these, I received absolutely no response. I’d like to think of myself as a humble person in my nursing career- but there is a line between being willing to take direction and putting your child directly in harms way. Do not bring your children here.

Dr. Wadhwa is an excellent physician that’s very knowledgeable. The doctor is very professional, caring and understanding with all her patients. The only suggestion that I would have is having earlier appointments begin @8:00 am because it’s very difficult the appointments in the hours beginning at 9:45 am and later. If this adjustment can be made beginning to see patients by 8:00 am will improve and better the services at Dr. Wadhwa. Dr. Wadhwa needs to really think about these changes to better the services in her practice. Besides the late hours that she should change. Her professional knowledge is excellent with all her patients. The staff at this facility are the most compassionate people I have met. Keep up the outstanding work but make the hours change to earlier in the morning. If these changes are made this office will definitely flourish and help all those in need. Thank you so much for your professional knowledge. Keep up the good work with all your outstanding work Dr. Wadhwa and your staff who are very professional at what you do. I am definitely a happy patient.
