Suncoast Optimal Wellness has made such a positive impact difference in my life. Heather helped balance my hormones and gave me my life back. She listens, cares and takes the time to understand her patient’s. The entire staff is always so kind, welcoming and professional. I am so grateful I found this office. I highly recommend them.

I cannot say enough amazing things about this practice. We started seeing Heather for my daughter's thyroid condition when her Endocrinologist said the standard "her numbers are perfect, she's within the range". Well as everyone knows, that means you feel like crap! Heather has made modifications and added additional treatment and supplements to help her actually feel good! I recently started treatment with Heather for hormone replacement treatment. The office staff is always incredibly patient and helpful! Wanna feel better, go to Suncoast!

I cannot say enough amazing things about this office! Heather takes the time to truly listen, explain everything clearly, and create a personalized approach rather than a one-size-fits-all solution. You never feel rushed, and every visit feels intentional and healing. It’s rare to find a place that combines such deep expertise with real compassion—and this office does it flawlessly. The support from the entire team is unmatched! It is truly a life changing experience! Whether it’s weight loss, hormone treatment, functional medicine, or just a reset for your body, they are the place to go! I am down more than 50 pounds, and feel better than I have ever felt. I could not even make it up a flight of stairs without losing my breath, and now I am walking at least 3 miles a day. I used to have to battle myself just to do every day tasks, and now I wake up ready to tackle all the chores and still have a smile on my face! It has actually saved my life in so many ways. If you’re looking for an office that actually cares, delivers real results, and makes you feel supported every step of the way, this is the place. Heather & her team are the absolute best!! I recommend everyone come and see her! I started with her over 2 years ago and she has helped me immensely. Starting on Hrt has changed my life along with a change in my diet and physically challenging myself. I’ve added years on to my life along with changing my whole physique. I want to start by saying that Heather is a friendly and attentive provider. She takes the time to listen and genuinely tries to help find solutions, whether through prescription medications or supplements. That said, her expertise seems to lean more toward Western medicine, and in my experience, she tends to recommend prescriptions over natural or holistic alternatives. Unfortunately, I recently had a frustrating experience with the office regarding a prescription. I was working with a third-party pharmacy (outside of insurance), but the nurse I spoke with, Hannah, insisted I needed to purchase the medication directly through their office. I provided my credit card information over the phone and was charged $168. The next day, the third-party pharmacy called to inform me that they had received a prescription from Heather’s office and needed payment directly in order to ship the medication. After speaking with the pharmacy and Heather’s office, it was clear there had been confusion about how payments were being handled. The pharmacy explained that they were the ones who needed to collect payment—and the total came out to just $88 ($80 for the medication and $8 for shipping). That’s nearly half of what Heather’s office charged me. I emailed the office to explain the situation, assuming they would correct the overcharge. Instead, I was told by Hannah via email that they would apply the $168 as a credit toward a future visit, rather than issue a refund. I found that response incredibly disappointing and unprofessional. The office clearly made an error, and rather than making it right, they’re holding onto my money. It’s been over two weeks and no one has followed up to resolve the issue. At this point, I’m shocked at the level of fraudulently behavior from this office. I expected more accountability and transparency from a wellness provider.
