Dear RU Lake Worth When I came here a month ago I was physically alive but emotionally and spiritually dead. I had completely given up on even the possibility of a normal, let alone a "good" life. In all honesty I had been planning my suicide for months. Within weeks your staff and community had shown me that such a life is possible. You all not only saved my life but showed me a new one is not only possible but fully within my reach. I owe you all a debt I will never be able to fully repay and I thank you all from the bottom of my heart. From the moment Dom did my intake I felt welcomed. Talking to Ryan, Ana and Dwayne was super helpful and made me feel at home during a very emotionally fragile time. The entire staff here gives a shit about their clients and that makes a world of difference. My therapist Anuska was a joy to talk to and helped me with any problem I needed to talk yo her about. Larry, Donna, Anastasia, Marissa and the rest ofnthe staff and techs made my stay and transition to recovery as easy as possible. Recovery Unplugged is truly a beacon of light to those lost in the sea of addiction and it is the staff that make that light shine. You all are saving lived here as sure as any hospital emergency room. I will recommend this place to all I meet lost at sea.
