I found out that I was pregnant and, of course, I needed to find a gynecologist I could truly trust. My first experience elsewhere wasn’t great, so I decided to transfer my care to Elite, and I’m so glad I did. From the moment I arrived, the staff and doctors have been incredibly warm, welcoming, and supportive. I especially want to thank Dr. Joanne Sarroza and Dr. Brittany Marinelli. They are both extremely professional, knowledgeable, and kind, and they always make me feel comfortable and well taken care of. I am currently 8 months pregnant and now going every week for check-ups. Every visit has been a great experience, fast, organized, and reassuring. I always leave feeling confident and supported. I highly recommend Elite to anyone looking for excellent pregnancy care and a compassionate medical team!

Dr. Marinelli is the BEST! Since the day we met, I felt 100% secure and safe about baby and I care. This is my husband and I 5th baby, but our first time delivering with Elite OBGYN. However, I wish I delivered here with all my other babies. My prenatal care was like none other, compared to my other pregnancies elsewhere. I love that they tested me for so many things that my previous doctors did not. They heavily monitored me and baby health, and recommended us to specialist when needed. Every visit Dr. Marinelli was knowledgeable and she always had a game plan concerning my health and safe delivery. During my delivery with her, her energy was so genuine and vibrant even my family loves her. I would highly recommend this office and Dr. Marinelli. The office staff is friendly as well. I love my nurse Jessica who I worked with for my duration there. She was always sweet and friendly. This photo is right after delivering my beautiful baby boy.

Dr Mehta is a good doctor and I have been going to her for 5 years. Sadly, the running of this practice is terrible and has only gotten worse over time. My medication needed to be refilled and I called 8 times over a months time to request refill- sent the doctor 2 messages on the portal and absolutely no response or refill on a medication I need and have been on for years. I even asked to let me know if there was a problem and nothing. It happened to me one other time about 2 years ago on a different medication and told her about how terrible it was that my medication was completely out and no response or help- she apologized about it and said she was having office staff challenges. I ran out this time too and had to Teladoc to get a month filled to give me time to now find another doctor. It is worrisome that there is so little concern for patient care on handling such a basic task of refilling medication. I am not exaggerating, the front staff fully knew I was down to a couple pills and simply does not care. I am concerned for other patients that may be in a life threatening situation where no one responds from this practice. What else isn’t getting done if they can’t even get a medication refilled?!

Doctor REFUSED to do a hormone test, claiming "insurance" won't cover it, and didn't give me the option to pay out of pocket. Staff have no communication with the Doctor; I had to call for an entire week to get the Doctor to go over my test results. Every time I would call, I'd be put on hold for 30 minutes, and then they didn't know what I was on hold for. Office staff had 0 notes in my file, even though 3 staff members were present during my appointment. The doctor had 0 answers to my issue and didn't seem to care. This office seems to only care about taking your money; they harass you if you have an open balance. Won't be going back.

There is nothing “elite” about this practice…. Elite OBGYN in Fort Lauderdale has absolutely zero consideration for their patients’ time. They consistently over-schedule and severely under-deliver. I have been going here for three years and every time have been met with the same experience, the the same zero effort, and bla attitude from the front desk. I was booked for a routine annual check-up, and they called the day of the appointment to reschedule, causing me to lose out on work. At my rescheduled appointment, they told me to arrive 30 minutes early, even though I’m an established patient, only to leave me waiting for 1.5 HOURS in the waiting room with no updates, no apology, nothing. And when I asked I was met with attitude. Like lady, I work two jobs and had to take the morning off to be here… This isn’t a one-off issue either. Last year, the same thing happened: over an hour waiting in the lobby and then another hour sitting in the exam room before anyone even came in. Just to then feel like my doctor is in a rush and doesn’t have the time to sit with me and answer my concerns. Over scheduled and understaffed is a clear pattern at this office. Today I ultimately had to leave because so much time had passed that I was going to be late for work again. The staff was rude, dismissive, and completely inconsiderate of how disruptive their scheduling issues are to their patients’ lives. I left feeling upset, unseen, and completely disrespected. This office needs a serious overhaul in professionalism and patient care. I will not be returning, and I would not recommend this practice to anyone who values their time, or being treated with basic respect. I can’t imagine being pregnant and having to sit through all of that.
