Beware!!!! Office has no idea what they are doing!!! My mother went for nerve block for knee pain. First, they got the insurance information wrong, never submitted to insurance company which I had verified for my mother in that she was crying and very upset on her treatment at office, and then, they billed her wanting cash payment!!! Then my mom went for follow up today, and they said she had no appointment. My mom whipped out the card with the appointment they gave her. Office might look all beautiful but treatment and office staff completely incompetent! Beware and avoid this medical practice!! Absolutely incompetent on all counts!

My first time having a injection in my neck. Dr Lenchig was the best. I didn’t feel any pain. Got in and out walking fine. Thank you ❤️

It pains me —-no pun intended —to write this review—i had a lot if hope for dr lenchig. Unfortunately he’s moved to a fancy office to give the impression of highly suuccessful practice. All i can say is If you want someone who is compassionate, someone who cares about communication and their patients. 1. - After my first shot/ procedure I needed to call the oncall number listed on the discharge papers—— no return call. Called 3 times no call back. This is right after my shot. 3 days later—-The receptionist felt defensive when i was upset about it and said “dont blame me I’ve given him the message 3 times”. He does not want to deal with pateints! 2. I think it’s why he puts you out on versad to give injections. Most places dont put you out. Before my procedure i asked to speak to him for a minute so i can update him how my pain migrated. He refused. The technicians said he could not speak with me. Neither him or his nurse practitioner would speak to me. They waited til i was put out to come in the room. How can he help me if he doesnt know whats happening with my pain. 3. Lastly he prescribes a series of three shots with the last being an ablation. Yet there is absolutely no follow up between appts to see if shot is working. Apparently you should not do ablation if shots dont work. But they dont even check or ask if shots work they just schedule next shot. I had to try and get an appt in between—0f course he wasnt available. The nurse is also office manager. I would like to hear who else has had these experiences. What dr wont talk to you before you are being put under???? Refused. Absolutely refused. How is he supposed to help me. He wont see me in berween appts nor the morning of procedure. Every professional i tell this story to says this is unacceptable snd should be reported. I have never ever written a bad review for a dr. Noone has ever been bad enough to deserve it. Afterall we are all human. But this times was off the charts. Seriously reconsider seeing him there are many others lthat do the same thing. Dint get fooled by being put under you dont need it. It costs more and those type of shots dont hurt they numb you. He doesnt do this for you he does it for him- he doesnt have to talk to you. Its faster for him and he can do more patients more money. De lenchig you picked the wring specialty pain has a high physical and stress component you need to be practicing neuro surgery where your interaction is limited. Hope this helps avoid the frustration and inefficacy i had with this practice.
