About this clinic

Liquivida, an IV therapy clinic in Fort Lauderdale, specializes in intravenous nutrient protocols and vitamin infusions tailored to individual health goals. The clinic offers functional-medicine assessment as the foundation for treatment planning, ensuring that IV protocols address documented nutritional gaps and metabolic concerns rather than a one-size-fits-all approach. Treatment is individualized following an initial consultation, and the practice emphasizes supportive care alongside conventional medical management. Aesthetic services are offered as a secondary line of care for patients pursuing comprehensive wellness.

Unprofessional, completely, and totally uninterested in any type of customer service in the Pembroke Pines location. It's too bad because I really did like the Nurse practitioner there Elsie. They should be careful who they employ to answer their phones and be their first point of contact. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK. Total Lack of Customer Service, I think they don't even know what it means to discuss treatments, offer specials, even answer simple questions... they are clueless at the front office.

Liquivida/Princeton NJ review I purchased a Groupon for 50 units of dysport at Liquivida wellness center in Princeton. I went there on June 19, and I immediately felt like something was off, like they weren't trust worthy. Sandy, the woman who injected me tried to tell me that the 40 units of dysport I purchased is not actually 40 units, it's "dysport units" so they have to divide 40 by 3 which meant only 13 units. After contacting, La chele (where I usually go and Love) and confirming that 40 units means 40 units regardless of whether it's Dysport or Botox, they hesitantly honored the 40 units (so they say)Fast forward to four weeks later and my wrinkles are back. This is not my first time getting dysport or Botox so I know how long it should last and when something seems "off." Usually dysport lasts me 5 months, not all of FOUR weeks! I contacted Liquivida this morning and explained my concerns and figured I could go there and they would make it right. Boy was I wrong, they told me that I should've called within two weeks which is interesting bc no one there mentioned to me about calling within the 2 week mark. I was actually the one to bring it up to them when checking out on June 19th and they acted like it wasn't necessary..which makes me wonder if that was purposely done considering they brought it up again today that I didn't make a two week apt so they can't help me. They also lied and said they sent me an email which I have screenshot proof I did not receive any email regarding a follow up. This is not even the worst of it..I had brought my 4 year old daughter with me today and Sandy brought me back and I very respectfully explained my concerns and she told me she could fix but would need to charge me. When I told her that doesn't seem fair considering it's only been 4 weeks and it's supposed to last 4 to 6 months, she basically shrugged her shoulders as if she didn't care. I asked her how long she has been injecting and she ignored me so I asked her again and she completed flipped out. She screamed at me as I was holding my baby stating that she will not tolerate being disrespected. I calmly explained that I meant no disrespect and I think that's a valid question. She never answered but instead continued to scream causing the owners, Rebecca and Kevin Kelly to open the door to the room. Kevin told me "this isn't working out and for me to leave." I stated "no problem, but I simply just asked her how long she has been injecting for" his wife, Rebecca was so incredibly rude as well, trying to intimidate me following my daughter and I as we tried leaving stating "You have to sign this before you leave!" "Sign this now!" While her and her husband followed my daughter and I to our car. It was actually terrifying. Rebecca was screaming that she was going to be contacting her attorney, which I replied, "for what? I didn't do anything, I don't think it's a crime to ask how long your injector has been doing it for." My poor daughter was shaking and in tears stating, "that lady hurt my head mommy!" It was seriously the most disgusting/unprofessional experience of my life. Please beware of this place, they will not only scam you but will cause you ptsd.

This location before closing under false pretenses made appointments asking for Groupons redemption number ,cashed them and later sent text to notify they permanently closed. My daughter went to her appointment and the place was close, they redeem her voucher, cashed the money and never performed treatment. My appointment was cancelled by them on July 23, they asked for my Groupon redemption number to make the appointment, I thought it was weird but trusted the company name, they send me confirmation of my new appointment and later I received a new text with notice of location permanently closed. I have saved all my texts, back and forth with them, have a lot to prove malice, the Groupon redemption numbers were asked knowingly they didn't intend to provide the services paid for . That's completely illegal and sadly it reflects on the company. Only reason we bought those Groupons was because of the company name, we used to go sporadically to the location at Turkey Lake for Vit shots. Please I'm hoping corporate can help us with this situation which sadly is completely illegal on the part of your franchisee. Waiting for your response. Alicia Update August 25, 2022 Liquivida Corporate called me to apologize for the frustration and delay taking care of this matter since the location that closed was a franchise they needed more information . Liquivida Corporate emailed me a confirmation of a mail refund for the amount I had paid the merchant. I want to thank Liquivida Corporate Office for taking care of this situation and a special thanks to the courteous and professional way the representative of the company handle my case. Very refreshing indeed!
