During my initial consultation, Dr. Sierra was amazing. He spent ample time with me and answered all my questions. He created a treatment plan specific to my desires and condition. Coordinator, Denise was always accommodating to schedule my procedure and follow up appointments. Procedure technicians Margo and Raquel were extremely professional and focused on patient care and comfort. I am only a few weeks out from my procedure, so visible results are not optimal. I will provide an update later in the year. So far, five stars to Dr. Sierra and his program.

I recently had an FUE hair transplant here, and the entire experience from consultation to surgery to aftercare was extremely professional. The staff is organized, communicative, and genuinely attentive. They walked me through every step of the process and made sure I understood exactly what to expect during recovery. Dr. Sierra performed the procedure and was efficient and handled with real precision. He is very careful and listened to my requests as my hair is very straight so I was anxious about how my grafts should be placed. My grafts were placed cleanly, the design work on the hairline was natural, and the team repeatedly checked in on my comfort throughout the day. Post-op instructions were clear and thorough, and every time I contacted them with questions, they responded quickly and helped calm my concerns. Recovery hasn’t been easy for me personally, but the clinic’s guidance has been excellent. They explained what was normal, what wasn’t, and reassured me every step of the way. I genuinely felt taken care of, and I’m excited to see the results grow in over the next several months. Overall: professional team, clean facility, strong communication, and great surgical work. I would recommend them to anyone considering an FUE procedure.

What a great experience with great results! I knew this was the right clinic to do my procedure from the moment I made my first appointment: Denise works with Dr. Rafael Sierra and is such a professional and caring person that makes the whole process before, during and after the surgery very easy for the patients. Dr. Sierra dedicates as much time as necessary to explain what it is involved in all the process making sure he’ll answer each and every questions you might have. On the day of the surgery they made me feel so comfortable I didn’t notice all the hours go by. There was no pain and barely any discomfort in my case - not even in bed getting ready to sleep. They make sure you have step by step information on how to treat and care for the area that had been worked on. Today, 14 days later Dr. Sierra and I are extremely happy with the results and I once again am very happy choosing Sierra Robotics . I highly recommend them!
