Yana Sorsher is a professional with a deep usnderstanding of the human mind. She has onvious experience working with a wide range of “challenges,” and a kind heart to match her intellect. I went to Yana for a bout of anxiety I was experiencing. Through nuerofeedback and body regulation strategies I was able to eliminate the nagging self doubt and worry that had been plaguing me, and bring me more to the present moment. I was so impressed by the results I brought in my daughter, to help her improve her state of mind and calm prior to heading off to her first year of college. Her results were incredible to observe. I highly recommend Yana. For those suffering, there is an effective non medicinal treatment for anxiety!
