I am so grateful to Dr Mahl for his treatment of both my parents. They are 80 and 84 years old. They were in extreme pain and had to use a cane to get around because of their knee pain. They were very concerned about falling. After a few months of treatment my father was able to walk normally. My mother’s condition required more months of treatment with excellent results. I visited Gen Life and Dr. Mahl after a car accident in early 2025 for dextrose prolotherapy injections to my cervical spine. I had two sessions in May 2025: one for 2 bilateral segments and another for 3 bilateral segments, all using dextrose solution. The prolotherapy injections completely took away my neck pain, after the first 1-2 weeks of having slightly increased pain, which Dr. Mahl had warned me about prior to the procedure. I had some issues with the bills being clear after the fact with the administrative side of the office. But when Dr. Mahl was made aware of the issue, he was able to clear it up and apologized for any confusion. Prolotherapy is the reason that my neck pain went away and it could help you too. Just make sure you have a clear explination of what the full cost of the treatments will be before you agree to receive treatment so you avoid any issues with the bill. I had lower back pain for long time. The pain was severe especially the days I was working for long hours. I went from chiropractors to physical therapies. Nothing helped!
