The best yoga place and yoga teachers. I absolutely love Canela’s classes

Amazing vibe, try Aerial Yoga, the teacher Andrea is gentle, yet challenging, and knows how to get anyone in amazing postures that will leave you renewed after class!! (tip: They also offer Aerial parties and bachelorettes.. ;) ) They have anything you may like: Yoga (with live music on Friday nights), Capoeira (Brazilian Martial arts/dance), Salsa, weights, massage, calisthenics, open gym, anything! Canela and Darwin the owners, put their best into everything they offer holding nothing back! worth trying!!

I came across this studio by chance, and so lucky to have done so. I took an aerial yoga class with my friend & was instructed by the owner, Canela, who is lovely! She was so patient while teaching the beginner class & challenged us to learn new postures with ease. The energy of the studio is soooo calming. Will definitely look into the retreats that Canela is offering. If you are in Miami, you need to check this studio out!!!! They offer many services like yoga, reiki, massage, etc!
